Other Things to Better Your Chances of Approval
NOTE: The unlock movies screen may show up anytime during the offer so follow the steps as far as you need to go before the unlock screen shows up. I will mention in these tutorials where it is likely to show up in most cases.
Some examples of these type of surveys are:
Which Deep Fried Appetiizer Are You?
Are You a Fast Food Junkie?
Are You Headed for Anger Management?
etc.
This is the first page you will see on surveys of this type. Fill out all the answers on this survey and press next or continue for the second page of questions. Usually there are two pages of questions ending in a question about your date of birth. Make sure you are 18+ years old.

The next page will ask you to fill out your information.

After this page in most cases you should get redirected to the unlocked screen which will look like this:

If you do not get the unlock screen just yet continue forward.
After the previous screen you will come across a few pages asking for more information. You can either fill out your information on these pages or click either pass or skip.

Then after that you will come across some yes/no questions. If you wish you can select yes for some of the questions or select no for all of them and click submit. If you click yes for some of the questions it betters your chances of the offer approving. The questions that you answer yes to will take you to a page where you can scroll down and click skip or fill out your information if interested and click submit.

You will come across a few of these yes/no pages and more pages that you can click skip. Skip is usually at the bottom of the page.
You will know when you are done with your survey once you get to the quiz results page.

A majority of offers will have a main page that asks to fill out an email address or zip code.

After that it will ask you to fill out your information.

After this page in most cases you should get redirected to the unlocked screen which will look like this:

After you fill out your information it will ask you a bunch of yes/no’s. Do the same thing that I explained in the quiz surveys section by selecting no if you wish to do so and yes for some to improve your chance of approval. Select skip when you can if you wish to do so otherwise fill out your information if interested and click submit. After you are done with that a lot of the times you will be lead to a page called silver/gold/platinum offers. It will look something like this:

From here it will tell you how many of the following offers you need to complete. It will say something along the lines of “Complete any 2 offers below.” What this basically means is you have to click on two different offers. After you click on them you can fill out your information or exit out of the new window that pops up and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on next or in this case “Go to Gold Offers”

There are usually 2-3 of these gold/silver/platinum offer pages. Just click on the amount of offers it tells you you need to complete . When you are done you will sometimes see some obvious pages to let you know you’ve completed the offer such as “Thank You” or “Congratulations.” In this offer I know I’m done because the only thing at the bottom of the page that shows is to go back to the gold offers which tells me there is nothing further that I could do.

Most of the time an offer/survey will approve before you get this far, but some require you to complete it entirely. Most offers follow this same general format with the yes/no’s and silver/gold/platinum offers. Some have some variation, but are similar enough that you should be able to figure it out.
Other Things to Better Your Chances of Approval
To better your chances of approval it is wise to always delete your cookies before attempting to do a survey/offer. Each time you complete an offer/survey data is stored in your cookies. The next time you go to complete a survey/offer all the data from the previous surveys will still be stored in your cookies, which could interfere with approval.
